Hey friends!

Long time no see, but I promise I’m going to be hanging around here more often! I don’t know about you, but June has always been my favourite month, and I’m very happy that it’s begun. There’s something about that spring to summer transition that always makes me so happy. I’m looking forward to having an awesome month, filled with friends, family, fun and sun, but I also definitely have a bunch of things I want to accomplish!

WIAW: What I Ate Wednesday

Hey friends!

I finally remembered to take a picture of every meal I ate on a Wednesday, so here it is: my What I Ate Wednesday!

Breakfast: 
WIAW 2 BreakfastThis morning for breakfast was a broccoli and cheese omelette with a cup of coffee!

Morning Snack:
WIAW 2 Morning SnackMy morning snack was a smoothie, made with banana, strawberries, mango, chia seeds and almond milk!

Lunch:
WIAW 2 LunchFor lunch, I had a Baja Salad (we buy it in a bag at Costco), and I added some grilled chicken for some extra protein!

Afternoon Snack:
WIAW 2 Afternoon SnackAs an afternoon snack, I cut up an apple and dipped the slices in peanut butter!

Dinner:
WIAW 2 SupperDinner tonight was a chicken and noodle casserole, some steamed broccoli and a salad with feta dill dressing!

Normally I would have had an evening snack as well, but I wasn’t able to work out today, due to a really sore back, so I decided not to!

There you go folks, there’s what I ate this wednesday!

Hey friends!

Sorry that I missed Smoothie Sunday yesterday, but I’ll make sure I make up for it next week!

I’m very excited, because I’m starting on the Bikini Series with Tone It Up, and it launches today! I’ve already done the first challenge, which is to #CreateYourSummer by visualizing all of the crazy awesome things you want to happen! My summer sorta starts right now, because I wrote my final exam yesterday, woohoooooo! So now I’m starting into 4 months of bliss, and I want to keep you updated every step of the way!
